Bacon Group, Inc., is a general practice architectural firm founded in 1991 by Richard S. Bacon, who serves as its president and principal architect. Originally called The Bacon Design Group, the firm is located in Palm Harbor in Pinellas County, in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Bacon Group Architecture serves public, corporate and individual clients and draws the majority of its work from the public sector —specifically municipalities, county governments, special districts—and public and private not-for-profit providers of services to the community. Bacon Group Architecture’s design and management staff are all degreed, licensed professionals fully prepared to respond to the varied needs of our clients. Bacon Group Architecture is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and participates as a small business with Pinellas County’s Small Business Enterprise Program (SBEP).
